Proper Use of Condom
Condoms are most effective if you follow these steps.
- Use a new condom each time you have sexual intercourse.
- When opening the condom wrapper, be careful not to poke a hole in the condom with your fingernails, teeth, or other sharp objects.
- Put the condom on as soon as your penis is hard (erect) and before any sexual contact with your partner.
- Before putting it on, hold the tip of the condom and squeeze out the air to leave room for the semen after ejaculation.
- If you are not circumcised, pull down the loose skin from the head of the penis (foreskin) before putting on the condom.
- While continuing to hold onto the tip of the condom, unroll it all the way down to the base of your penis.
- If you are also using the condom as birth control, make sure your partner uses a spermicide according to the manufacturer's instructions.
- If you want to use a lubricant, never use petroleum jelly (such as Vaseline), grease, hand lotion, baby oil, or anything with oil in it (read the label). Oil (or petroleum) can weaken the condom, increasing the chance that it may break. Instead, use a personal lubricant such as Astroglide or K-Y Jelly.
- After ejaculation, hold onto the condom at the base of your penis and withdraw from your partner while your penis is still erect. This will keep semen from spilling out of the condom.
- Wash your hands after handling a used condom.

My Choosen MDG
Goal 6: Combating HIV/AIDS, malaria and other major diseases
I chose this topic because it is interesting. HIV/Aids and malaria is related because when this two disease hit you, they have the same attack to your body. The target is the White Blood Cells. If our body run out of WBC it will lead us to death. Malaria is one of the world's most common and serious tropical diseases, is a infection transmitted to humans by mosquitoes. While HIV/AIDS is deadly disease, without a cure, of the human immune system due to infection by a virus. I focus more on HIV/Aids because there are large number of people who are victims through this communicable disease. Primarily, we get this disease through sex. We have to be careful within our selves, we might be infected. I want to help the world campaign by spreading the MDG to the people around me in the community in my own very simple way and to let other people more aware. By this action,I can contribute to minimize the spread of the disease.
The target is, by 2015, to have halted and begun to reverse the spread of HIV/AIDS worldwide. The same target has been set for malaria and other major diseases.

Comic Strip
In our DC 4 class we were task to draw a comic strip related to our choosen MDG. Me and my blockmates brought some drawing materials on that activity. I was having a hard time conceptualizing my story because this was my first time to make a comic strip. Until, i came up with the idea of a guy asking his friend how to use a condom but the comic strip that we were supose to make must be funny so i put some twist into it to catch the attention of the readers. After that, I start making my comic and draw unitl it's done.
The title of my comic is "Open and Blow". It's up to you guys on how you shaped the meaning of my title..;) If our teacher will return our comic strip i will post it for you to read guys.

Cont. Light Tent
This is an example of a light tent. I just get this picture from the net but we made the same as this. .
Light Tent
On this activity we gather some materials such as, miniature, box, Cartolina, 3pcs of light bulb and a white cloth. We cut the box, put the cartolina for background and after that we cover the box with the cloth and we put the light bulb both side. When me and my group mates finish doing it, we take pictures from our miniature inside the box and we come up with the nice picture. I think this is one of the techniques when we shoot a picture. After we take some photos. We make our own story out of the pictures we gather in the light tent related with the MDG's
From that moment, i feel like i am a Director and i love it ! We make our own story and script out of the photos we get the same as making a movie. My topic is all about HIV/Aids and i came up with story in titled " The Lying Lies" the story is all about the girl who almost get infected by the disease. When you watch my 3 minutes movie you will know how she escape from the serious disease. Hopefully, If our teacher will return our work i will post it for you to see.

World Aids Day Campaign
From that activity, I realize a lot of things. “A small group can make a big difference”. Aids is pandemic disease but not all people know about it. Aids can kill people irregardless on their age, gender and race. Staying away from aids doesn’t always mean the absence of sex it means having safe sex. Aids is real it is a serious disease that can kill. Stop aids.
